The app preselects the areas for each property, which you can customise and then records your comments (using dictation if you wish) along with any number of photos for each area. Nominate a rent review amount, specify any follow-up actions and recommendations for the owner and then tap to sign and publish the report right from the device. All data is synchronised automatically to PropertyMe in the cloud, so if you’d prefer to edit the report on a computer before publishing it, it will be ready and waiting for you either back at the office or anywhere you like to work.
